Can anyone hire out vehicles ?
Unfortunately not. Our insurance places restrictions on who can drive our campers. We accept any of the following standard license’s: UK, All EU, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Other territories have to be referred and approved by our insurer. Also, if you have any endorsements, convictions, pending for road traffic offences, or have been convicted during the last 5 years of any driving offence, received penalty points, have any criminal convictions, or have previous claims history for an accident in the past 3 years where you were blame - please contact the team to see if we can insure you.
Can i leave my car at your location ?
Yes, you can leave your car parked at our location, but please be aware that parking is at owners risk. Public transport is easily available from our location, and we are within 5 minutes walk to local bus and train stations. Please contact us and we might be able to recommend something or possibly arrange a pick-up.
Does the price include insurance ?
How do I pay ?
We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer and cash. Your security deposit does NOT have to be paid with the same card you book with. This can be paid with either credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Can i bring my pets ?
Yes, we offer a pet friendly campervan hire service. There is an additional fee to cover extra cleaning costs. Please tick the "dog hire box" at checkout to tell us that you're bringing your dog with you.
What are your vehicle hire prices ?
Our hire rates are displayed on the individual van detail pages, under 'Our Vehicles'.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your camper up to 6 weeks prior to the hire, please read our terms & conditions.
Can we collect and drop off the camper at different times?
Being a family business we will try and accommodate your request.
Yes. The price quoted is fully inclusive of insurance and breakdown cover if required. Our costs are fully transparent with no hidden extras, you simply pay the cost of hire quoted and the refundable security deposit.

Am I restricted to a mileage cap?
No, all our campers come with unlimited mileage.
What happens if we break or damage something?
Accidents can happen, we are all human! The cost of the repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit.
What information do you need from me ?
Once you have reserved the campervan we will email you with a short list of the things we require from you. As a rule we need no more than your drivers licence, licence check code (we can talk you through how to obtain this) and two forms of address ID.
